Pure Water and Water Reuse

Longdai provides water treatment solutions for different water source conditions, target water quality, and reuse purposes. The process runs from raw water pretreatment, softening, ultrafiltration systems, and reverse osmosis systems to electrodeionization (EDI) for deep desalination. The solutions offered cover two needs, pure water production at 0.5 to 200 m³/h and reclaimed water reuse at 50 to 20,000 m³/d. Process and equipment configuration follow the raw water quality, target water quality, points of use, and reuse requirements.

      For boiler feedwater, industrial process water, etc.

      • Treatment Capacity: 30 to 500 m³/h
      • Process Flow: Raw water → Sand filtration → Activated carbon filter → Softening → Fine filtration → RO (Reverse Osmosis) → Pure water tank
    • Electronics-Grade Ultrapure Water Production Solution

      For High-purity water projects in semiconductor, photovoltaic, and lithium-ion batteries projects

      • Process Flow: Pre-treatment → UF (Ultrafiltration) → First stage RO → Second stage RO → EDI → Polishing → Recirculating Supply
    • Municipal Effluent Reuse Solution

      For cooling makeup water, washing, landscape irrigation, toilet flushing, and other miscellaneous uses

      • Process Flow: Secondary effluent → Advanced sedimentation → Disc filter or Deep filtration → Disinfection → Reclaimed water storage tank
