Industries
Industries differ across production processes, water use requirements, pollutant compositions, and discharge standards, making the focus of a water treatment system differ from one industry to the next. We configure each system to the industry's production flow, water quality characteristics, treatment scale, and discharge or reuse requirements. The industries we have served include petrochemical, foodservice, food, livestock and poultry, metal surface treatment, and mining.
For each application, we configure processes and equipment around process water preparation, industrial wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, wastewater reuse, and odor and air pollution control, ensuring that the water treatment system matches actual production conditions instead of following a single fixed treatment model.
-
Refining and ChemicalWe serve refining, petrochemical, chemical park, oil storage and transportation, and oil and gas field surface engineering projects. Based on the water quality of each segregated wastewater stream, the properties of the oily sludge, the distribution of waste gas sources, and reuse requirements, we are able to provide integrated solutions incorporating industrial wastewater treatment equipment, sludge dewatering equipment, flotation systems, chemical dosing systems, water treatment systems, and odor and air pollution control systems. We also provide process package design, complete equipment supply, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), as well as upgrading and retrofitting services.
-
FoodserviceWe provide integrated grease separation and wastewater treatment, kitchen fume control, and food waste treatment for standalone restaurants, chain outlets, hotels and resorts, commercial complexes, corporate, school, and hospital cafeterias, central kitchens, and group meal delivery. The treatment solution is selected based on the outlet size, drainage volume, installation space, and discharge requirements.
-
Food and BeverageIn the food and beverage industry, production wastewater differs significantly in organic load, fats and oils, suspended solids, nitrogen content, and salinity, depending on the raw materials, processing methods, and cleaning methods. We configure the process to the actual water quality, treatment scale, production cycle, and discharge requirements. Moreover, we can also provide integrated systems for process water treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, and odor control.
-
Livestock and PoultryWe serve swine farms, layer and broiler farms, dairy and beef cattle farms, sheep farms, farming parks, and centralized manure treatment centers. We provide solid-liquid separation equipment, biological treatment equipment, sludge dewatering equipment, chemical dosing systems, and odor control systems for manure solid-liquid separation, anaerobic treatment, biogas utilization, wastewater nitrogen and phosphorus removal, sludge treatment, and on-site odor control. Wastewater treatment capacities range from 50 to 3,000 m³/d, and manure treatment capacities range from 10 to 500 t/d.
-
MetalWe provide industrial wastewater treatment equipment, chemical dosing systems, clarifiers, sludge dewatering equipment, water reuse systems, and air pollution control systems for electroplating, galvanizing, chrome plating, nickel plating, copper plating, anodizing, passivation, bluing, pickling, and phosphating projects. These industrial effluent treatment systems support segregated wastewater pretreatment, heavy metal removal, waste gas treatment, sludge reduction, and wastewater reuse. Wastewater treatment capacity ranges from 50 to 3,000 m³/d, and waste gas treatment capacity ranges 5,000 to 100,000 m³/h.
-
MiningWe provide water treatment systems, clarifiers, sludge dewatering equipment, chemical dosing systems, and filtration systems for coal, lead-zinc, copper-nickel-cobalt, iron, and non-metallic mines. The systems cover mine water treatment, acid mine drainage treatment, desalination of high-salinity mine water, reuse of mineral processing and coal preparation wastewater, sludge and tailings dewatering, and mine-site air pollution control.
