Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Package Plant

The packaged MBR wastewater treatment system treats domestic wastewater from villages, towns, residential communities, hotels, schools, offices, and other similar areas for decentralized sewage treatment. The MBR package plant handles 10 to 5,000 t/d and can be installed above ground or underground based on project conditions.

The integrated membrane bioreactor consists of an anaerobic tank, an anoxic tank, a MBR membrane tank, and a disinfection unit. After equalization, wastewater enters the biological treatment system for organic pollutant removal and biological nutrient removal (BNR). Hollow fiber (HF) membranes then retain activated sludge and suspended solids for solid-liquid separation. Following disinfection, the treated water is discharged or sent to a reclaimed water reuse system.
