Automatic Polymer Preparation System
The QJY-type automatic polymer preparation system is a polymer preparation and dosing system for municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, drinking water flocculation, and sludge dewatering. It dissolves, matures, stores, and continuously conveys dry or liquid polymer for applications including municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge dewatering conditioning, paper mill retention-aid dosing, mining tailings flocculation and thickening, and textile and dyeing wastewater pretreatment.
The polymer preparation system uses a three-tank continuous process including a preparation tank, maturation tank, storage tank, feeding device, mixing system, metering and conveying equipment, and PLC control system. Polymer and water are mixed and pass through dissolution, maturation, and storage before a screw pump or metering pump delivers the prepared solution to the dosing point. This continuous arrangement can be integrated with sludge treatment equipment and sludge dewatering systems where controlled polymer dosing is required.
